This 1:48 scale brick model in the distinctive colours of the aerobatics team is made under licence from Dassault Aviation. The model includes lots of prints and OPTIONAL stickers that you can use to change the numbering of the plane. You can easily detach the aircraft’s undercarriage, for example if you want to display the model. Simplified pilot figurines can be placed in the cockpit opening. The set also includes a special display stand, also made of bricks, with a plaque showing the name of the model and the logo of the display team! The Patrouille Acrobatique de France is the aerobatic team of the French Air Force, with origins that go back to 1946. The pilots of this elite team fly Alpha Jet aircraft. The Dassault Alpha Jet is a trainer aircraft designed for use in advanced training and as a light assault aircraft. It was developed jointly by France and Germany and entered service in the 1970s. Single-seater and two-seater (pilot and instructor) versions were produced. The Alpha Jet was in service in France, Germany, Belgium, Portugal and Egypt, among others.
